Testing haskell library builds experimental

hmm, it seems that the buildds are using haskell-devscripts 0.6.18 from
unstable, even though 0.6.19 is available in experimental. This makes
testing the builds a bit harder.

@d-release: Is there a way to avoid that, besides adding explicit
Dependencies on 0.6.19 to all libraries?

@kaol: Maybe you can add a "Breaks: haskell-devscripts (<< 0.6.19)" to
ghc6?
