After further coordination on irc, I was asked to hold back this
upload. AFAIUI Adam wants to have python2.4 removed from testing first
and do the shlib bump afterwards.
Is python2.4 removal expected in less than 5 days? If not, I'd like to
upload ffmpeg anyways as RC bugs are being fixed and AFAIUI, there is
(currently) no reason why ffmpeg should take longer than that to
transition to testing.
