So, Squeeze's emboss is not supported upstream (as you said) and is
left without embassy-* packages. Does it make sense to you to drop
emboss from Squeeze too? It looks like the best option we have,
imho.
I would like to leave the decision to you. Emboss 6.1 is not the only
package in Squeeze that is old, unsupported, but not RC-buggy, so I
would recommend to apply the same rules as for any other package.
