Please unblock package maint-guide

Under the announced rule of deep freeze, I understand only RC fixes are
allowed now. But people seem to be still translating and I have
accumulated 7 of 100% updated translations now. Can you consider this
to be unblocked?

FYI: Lintian reports:
I: maint-guide-*: capitalization-error-in-description debian Debian
This "debian" is directory name :-) This is bogus and only "I".

FYI: Makefile changes:
Minor tweak was applied to help managing SGML to PO transition workflow
and skip building unbuildable PS/PDF for Korean.

$ debdiff maint-guide_1.2.24_amd64.changes maint-guide_1.2.25_amd64.changes
[The following lists of changes regard files as different if they have
different names, permissions or owners.]

Files in first .changes but not in second
-----------------------------------------
-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-de/ap-pkg-eg.de.html
-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-de/ch-helpme.de.html
-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-de/ch-trans.de.html
-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-es/ap-pkg-eg.es.html
-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-es/ch-helpme.es.html

-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-ko/maint-guide.ko.pdf
-rw-r--r-- root/root /usr/share/doc/maint-guide-ko/maint-guide.ko.ps

...

All these are expected as a result of updated translations switching
ther base from older to newer English version and removing broken Korean
PS/PDF build files.

(Please do not bother to check debdiff for "*.dsc" files since they are
huge as a result of updated PO files and move from SGML to PO. But
these are documentation contents.)
