Pioneers 0.12.3-4 was just accepted into unstable. It includes only the
translation updates from the new upstream release, 0.12.3.1.

The debian changelog for this package is:

pioneers (0.12.3-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Include translations from 0.12.3.1 upstream release.

The package completely falls into the acceptable category (only
translations), but I could, and therefore should, have done this
earlier. I'm sorry for not doing that. I hope it isn't too inconvenient
for you.
