fwiw, individual bugs generally make things easier to track for us
(well, at least for me).

The changelog seems slightly confused here - some sort of merge
artefact? 4:4.1.4-1 has appeared, 4:4.0.68+svn794641-1 has disappeared
with its changes re-appearing in 4:4.0.72-1, 4:3.96.0-1 has gained an
entry and the stanzas for 4:3.94.0-1 and 4:3.90.1-1 have also vanished.

Other than that, the changes themselves look fine; thanks.

I'm happy with the change here, although this also has changelog
rewriting issues.

I'd already unblocked this after having spotted the bug closure. I have
to admit that I wasn't overjoyed with the size of the diff, but from the
description in the patches it seemed preferable to the alternative.
