Please unblock package loudmouth. It fixes RC bug #566143: contains outdated
copy of asyncns which has data alignment issues on armel.

The changes are:
* debian/patches/05-use-packaged-libasyncns.patch: Use packaged libasyncns
  (which has this bug fixed) instead of the buggy embedded one.
* debian/patches/90_autoreconf.patch: Run libtoolize and autoreconf on top
  of the above patch.
* debian/control.in: Build depend on libasyncns-dev.

The patch debian/patches/90_autoreconf.patch is quite important but is only a
side effect of reconfiguring the package, and affects only auto-generated
files.
