Dear release team,

bwa in Testing can product incorrect results (#601568). Since bwa has not been
in a stable release before, and since we are in deep freeze, I think that the
best solution is to remove it.

In case you wonder why I have not raised it earlier, I indeed added
debian-release@lists.debian.org as X-Debbugs-Cc when reporting (through
reportbug), but for an unknown reason, the message was never delivered.
