It would help if you were a little more specific there... I'm guessing
that you're referring to the package's PTS page, i.e.
http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/aegis.html

The release team have no control over unstable (nor experimental, but
aegis isn't in experimental anyway), nor the PTS - so no. The package
is definitely still in unstable.

I'd suggest following the advice in the "report problems to" line at the
foot of the above page, assuming you were referring to the PTS.
