Please unblock package popularity-contest before the release.
Version 1.49 is a documentation/translation only update.
It changes the script popcon.pl but this script is installed
in /usr/share/doc and should count as documentation.
I have kept 1.49 only in sid for some times so that we can gather separate
statistics for sid and squeeze users.
(i.e. testing: 19630 reports, unstable: 3921 reports).

I've unblocked it, but aged it so it will migrate around the middle of
next week. Hopefully that's okay; if not, let me know and I'll adjust
the aging.
