Bug#603236: unblock: darcs/2.4.4-3

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: freeze-exception

Please unblock package darcs

Fixes 600759, which makes commands like "darcs push" and "darcs pull"
fail most of the time on 64-bit architectures. When used
interactively, you can just keep hitting ^C and retrying, but it can
be super annoying when the darcs call is part of a larger script.

darcs is a leaf package and the debdiff is small; the bugfix itself is
taken straight from upstream and applies cleanly and the resulting
build passes upstream's functional tests.

unblock darcs/2.4.4-3

PS: This is my first freeze exception, so let me know if I mess up.
