alsa-plugins, nspluginwrapper, fglrx-driver, nvidia-graphics-drivers,
and sun-java6 all build-depend on ia32-libs, and build successfully
without ia32-libs-dev. libvdpau doesn't.  I've uploaded a fix for that
to mentors:
