Unblock bird 1.2.5-1 please

Hi,

could you please unblock bird 1.2.5. Nothing critical in there, but
upstream diffstat is fairly short and includes mainly fixes (and add
support for IPv6 Unique Local Addresses) and it's server software
which needs to be as stable as possible, which with bird means latest
minor version.
