Please unblock package ruby1.9.1

This update only contains documentation fixes to reduce the support
burden during the squeeze lifetime. The only "code change" is on sh4.

Also, you might want to squeeze-ignore:
- #593141: ruby1.9.1: FTBFS on ia64: test suite segfaults
this was not reproducible during the last build
- #593139: ruby1.9.1: FTBFS on kfreebsd: test suite segfaults
this doesn't prevent the package from building

unblock ruby1.9.1/1.9.2.0-2
