Please unblock package kexec-tools

Packages kexec-tools was updated to inlcude building of udeb package as 
well as requested by debian installer team and three new translations 
were added. Changelog is below:

kexec-tools (1:2.0.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

   * Fix pending l10n issues. Debconf translations:
     - Spanish (Camaleón).  Closes: #583538
     - Danish (Joe Hansen).  Closes: #599859
