Please unblock package qmail

This NMU only adds a small bunch of translation updates. Please note
that this package is in non-free: not sure if that needs specific
handling for testing transition.

Please note that having this package to migrate is one of the very
last pieces in the puzzle that will lead a few languages to have 100%
debconf translation in squeeze.
