git-buildpackage 0.5.10

Hi,
I do now that the amount of changes in git-buildpackage 0.5.10 doesn't
exactly match the release criteria but since there are no reverse
dependencies and we'd otherwise ship a version without git-pbuilder in
Squeeze I do wonder if it can be unblocked. Besides that there were
quiet some bug fixes and doc updates. Ubuntu 10.10 will be shipping with
0.5.9 so we'd be pretty much in sync.

  * [4b23f2d] Warn if not invoked by git-buildpackage git-pbuilder is
    supposed to be invoked by git-buildpackage. Otherwise things like
    export-dir aren't respected. (Closes: #596625)

    issues. (LP: #637286)

    version is already on the pristine-tar branch and use it's
    compression type if found. (LP: #615212)
  * [02b1a03] Don't fail on missing debian/rules. (LP: #638371)
