Could you please unblock libibumad/1.2.3-20090314-1.1 as it fixes a rc bug:

 libibumad  (1.2.3-20090314-1.1) unstable; urgency=high

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Add depenency on libibcommon-dev to libibumad-dev (Closes: #593414)
   * Urgency high due to RC bug fix
