This was my mistake. I will make another package.
(Since zh-cn to zh-tw conversion can not be done well with squeeze
version of opencc and its sid version will never make squeeze, I
converted zh-cn to zh-tw in sid. The source contain already converted
zh-tw. The make file target "tw" is only for convienience and not
called by debian/rules.)

This was a part of clean up since we are not using this to build package.

opencc only does character style (simple vs. traditional) conversion
only. There are differences in word choices between zh-cn and zh-tw.
This is done by sed script. This style conversion was started by me
then I got native speaker's help :-)
