update testing version of netdisco-mibs-installer

Dear release team,

The package netdisco-mibs-installer [contrib] was patched for a
security flaw but that introduced a fatal bug. I've fixed the bug
and the package is now in 'unstable'.

Would it be possible to get this into 'testing', now?

If not, squeeze will have a non-working netdisco-mibs-installer.
