Bug#597235: nmu: hol88_2.02.19940316-9

[Context: When built on the autobuilders, hol88/mips produces a mostly
empty hol88-library binary package, containing
only /usr/share/doc/hol88-library; this doesn't occur on other
architectures.  I binNMUed it recently on mips with the same result]

I've also built the package in the sid chroot on gabrielli and confirmed
that hol88-library is built correctly.  I've CCed the mips buildd admins
to see if they have any suggestions as to what might cause this issue.
