Please unblock package libinotify-ruby

The libinotify-ruby/0.0.2-5 fix RC Bug#593033.
The package failed to build with ruby 1.9.2 because relative requires no
longer work.
And Debian « squeeze » will include Ruby 1.9.2, thanks.
