Please unblock package kdepim-runtime

this package used to be covered by auto-freeze exception but it has never
migrated to testing due to missing ia64 build. Now I uploaded a manual ia64
build in order to enable 4:4.4.5-1 to migrate. However, random FTBFS on ia64 is
still not fixed and is tracked as #596908 now. The bug will be fixed in the
next version of the package but I really want to land 4.4.5 to testing
beforehand. There is no reason not accept 4:4.4.5-1 as the FTBFS bug is not new
and affects current testing version as well.

unblock kdepim-runtime/4:4.4.5-1
