Please unblock package openslp-dfsg

This NMU was made for translation updates. It is the last one where I
also bumped a very deprecated debhelper compatibility to 7 (yes, I
know this is debated: I never had any problem doing so until now in
many l10n NMUs). The NMU upload happened just when the freeze was
announced and the package got no bug reported since then.
