Please unblock package app-install-data

It updates the desktop files to the current state in testing. For the
optimal result, I will make more uploads in the next time to incorporate
changes from migrated packages. Best would be if someone could ping me
when all packages with automatic unblock have migrated and if there are
no further migrations of desktop applications pending.

Unhappy about the debhelper compat level change, that's not something
for freeze time.  Unblocked though.
