Bug#592721: unblock: embassy-* and emboss.

Why is this not reflected in the package dependencies?  Are the current
embassy-* likely to work with the next emboss version?  Will the
embassy-* packages in stable work with emboss-lib in squeeze?

Also, emboss-lib appears to be a policy violation in every possible way,
bundling a shared library together with .so symlink and development
headers.
