Please allow libaddrassable-ruby - RC candidate

Please allow libaddressable-ruby[1] to get into squeeze , its one of the dependency for libdataobjects-ruby[2] , once libaddressable-ruby will get in i can upload libdataobjects-ruby asap. It will close RC #593085 [3].
