Hi Michael, synaptic 0.70~pre1 was uploaded to unstable a few days ago, do you consider it a candidate for squeeze? I'm asking because it's one of the reverse dependencies of libapt-pkg and xapian which both have scheduled ABI bumps in the near future, so having synaptic out of the way would be nice. The ~pre1 version seems to imply you have more changes lined up, and with squeeze now frozen it'd be nice to know where things stand. Thanks! Julien
