I'm not convinced. It seems that you have a nice set of different
arch-specific issues.

alpha: the error seems to be:
res/sger1_2_75 : VARIATION EXCEEDS TOLERENCE, RERUN WITH HIGHER REPS.

hppa: assembler errors, like:
zmm_b1.c:176: Error: Unknown opcode: `movq'

ia64: assembler errors again:
/tmp/ccBH9PXQ.s:207: Error: Unknown opcode `prefetchnta [r25]'

kfreebsd-amd64:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `libptf77blas.a', needed by
`libptf77blas.so.3gf.0'. Stop.

kfreebsd-i386:
res/dgemvT_102_75 : VARIATION EXCEEDS TOLERENCE, RERUN WITH HIGHER REPS.

mips:
terminated by timeout timer
