So far as I can see, the new version of spring is ready to migrate
(other than the fact that doing so would break springlobby in testing)
and the only thing blocking springlobby is that it has only been in
unstable for long enough.

Unless there's something I'm missing then there's no need to remove the
packages from testing if you're expecting them to transition back in on
their own a few days afterwards.

A quick test indicates that they'll need a hint to go in together but
that other than that, things are just waiting for springlobby to reach
its 10 days.
