Bug#579690: transition: KDE SC 4.4.3

So as you have probably noticed already, KDE SC 4.4.3 has been uploaded today. 
I will make -2 uploads of very popular kde4libs and kdepimlibs libraries soon 
in order to adjust symbol files for weird arches (esp. armel).

Below you will find what needs to be done for "third party" packages. In the 
worst case scenario, I could do those uploads myself as a member of KDE Extras 
Team, but I believe this won't be necessary.
