What should go into squeeze

Hello Everyone,

Based on Phillipp's message I'm not sure if I should file a release
bug or not. I'm working on getting the upcoming release of OpenSAF[1]
version 4.0 into Squeeze. OpenSAF is an high availably middleware
based on the Service Availability Forum specifications. The final
upstream release should be within the next 3 weeks or so. The upstream
project should be releasing a functionally complete BETA today, I
will get packaged up and uploaded ASAP. At that point full testing
will begin on the beta and only bug fixes will be accepted upstream
until the final release. On a side note the Fedora maintainers have
also agreed to package OpenSAF 4.0, so I really want to make sure that
it gets into Squeeze.

As it stands right now, nothing in Debian has a dependency on OpenSAF.

Is this something that I should file a release bug for?

Thanks!

Troy
