Timeouts, Was: Bug#571745: nmu: highlighting-kate_0.2.5-4

Probably just because it needs a lot of memory and CPU power, and the
other arches have difficulties compiling the package in time.

There are more haskell-packages affected:

I already contacted the armel porters (the packages used to build a
month ago, with the same compiler, it seems that they have reduced the
timeout since then), but I’m wondering if there is a general solution to
this? Maybe a flag in debian/control specifying that a package is known
to take a very long time to build?
