I'm working on a hint, but PHP isn't ready yet and might need a few more days. We might be able to hack around the PHP<->hdf5 link by keeping the old hdf5 lib packages in testing, but at least ocaml and php absolutely need to go in together. We can't use the "keep packages in testing" hack there, as both ocaml and php didn't change a package name, but use a (now name-changed) virtual package for the API.
