Fix RC bug in killer in lenny?

Hi.  Yesterday I found and fixed a RC bug in the killer package,
causing it to kill processes for all users with usernames longer than
8 characters.  The patch is included in
<URL: http://bugs.debian.org/551753 > for review.

Is it OK to upload the fix to stable?
