queue-viewer currently does not check the version of the upload in
proposed-updates-NEW for sanity.  It should be higher than the base
suite of course (which dak already checks for us).  Additionally it
also needs to be higher than all binary versions in the base suite,
which is crucial when there are binNMUs in it.  We just had a brltty
upload with version 3.10~r3724-1lenny1, which is lower than a binNMUed
3.10~r3724-1+b1 in stable.

We agreed that queue-viewer now supports the requested functionality, so
(somewhat belatedly) closing.
