You mean dep-waits and having give-backs together with dep-waits does
not make any sense: setting a dep-wait means waiting till the
dependencies mentioned are available before giving back.

The version of haxml was wrong. Note that it's also possible to schedule
them without knowing the version when you are really sure the last
version in unstable will be fine.
