I can potentially take care of it, but as I'm new here, you would need
to convince me that it's a right thing to do :-). For example, I see at

https://buildd.debian.org/~luk/status/package.php?p=haskell-haskeline&suite=unstable

that haskell-haskeline is dep-waiting on some packages on armel and ia64,
so binNMU will be inefficient at least on those arches. It would also help
if you could explain what you are trying to achieve.
