The only thing that changed AFAIK is that the FTP Team is more actively
doing cruft removals. Though I would also have liked to just be able to
schedule binNMUs and be done with it instead of having to find out it
breaks lots of packages' installability, finding out that there are
changes needed in the source of rdeps and that they are not prepared yet...
