We have followed the procedure outlined in [1] ("Source compliance for
D-I build dependencies: follow-up"), and copied the source (plus udeb)
for 3.1.1-5 to a special suite "lenny-r0" before migrating 3.1.1-6. This
can be verified by running:

  merkel% dak ls dhcp3
  dhcp3 |    3.1.1-5 |      lenny-r0 | source
  dhcp3 |    3.1.1-6 |       testing | source

And ensures the source remains in the mirrors:

    http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/d/dhcp3/dhcp3_3.1.1-5.dsc

Please make an effort not to submit bugs at RC severities if you're not
confident they apply.
