Please consider unblocking debian-keyring

Dear darling release team; please consider unblocking
debian-keyring_2009.01.18 so that it may pass into testing when its 10
days are up. While it does not resolve any release critical bugs it is
purely a data package and will mean that we ship with something that
more accurately represents the DDs involved in the project at the time
of lenny release.
