Sorry, it was just simpler to switch to cdbs, because debian/rules didn't
contain any custom stuff anymore.

Ok, I've switched back to the plain debian/rules from 0.97-14. The only
changes I had to make to debian/rules are:
- - removal of debconf-updatepo call (no debconf used anymore)
- - don't hide MAKE clean errors
- - moved DH_COMPAT export to debian/compat
- - list examples in debian/examples instead as args to dh_installexamples
in debian/rules
I kept the change to COMPAT=5 and Standards-Version=3.8.0. Is this ok?
