Request for a freeze exception for thaifonts-scalable 0.4.11-2

Dear release team,

I would like to request for a freeze exception for thaifonts-scalable
0.4.11-2, which fixes following important problems in Lenny:

1. Thick strikeout for Waree font, the presumably default sans-serif for
   Thai.

This appeared to be Fontforge's bug, which has been fixed in a newer
upstream version than what's shipped in Lenny. Upstream has fixed this
with a workaround, so it can still be built with older Fontforge.

2. Bad choices for default Thai fonts as provided by the core
   fontconfig-config package.

This problem was reported against fontconfig-config as Debian #506641
and Freedesktop #16223, neither of which is likely to be timely fixed.
So, upstream has addressed this by overriding the fontconfig-config
   defaults instead.

The fix involved config file renaming. And the left-over config file
has been cleaned up in 0.4.11-2, to pass piuparts.

Both problems are considered annoyance to Thai users. And the new upstream
version was released solely for these bugs, plus a couple of fine tunes and
merging of Debian patches (thus all patches are dropped). Nothing more.

Summarized upstream changes, from the NEWS file:

---8<---
0.4.11 (2008-11-21)

- Increased fontconfig priority, to override upstream fontconfig's defaults
  for Thai.
- Fixed thick strikeout bug for Waree.
- Improved hinting for TlwgTypo, TlwgTypist, TlwgTypewriter and TlwgMono.
