Unblock request: xnc 5.0.4-3

Hi,

Please consider unblocking xnc 5.0.4-3.  It closes an LFS release goal 
bug and some others.  I did bump the compat level on this one because it 
was 3, if that makes a difference in your decision.

Here is the changelog entry:

xnc (5.0.4-3) unstable; urgency=low

 * QA upload.
   + Set maintainer to Debian QA Group <packages@qa.debian.org>.
 * Add ${misc:Depends}.
 * Bump debhelper build-dep and compat to 5.
   + Move DH_COMPAT from rules to debian/compat.
 * Update doc-base section to File Managemnt.
 * Update x-dev build-dep to x11proto-core-dev.
 * Display >2Gb files properly. (Closes: #451239).
   + Thanks to Emil Nowak for the patch.
 * Fix spelling error in debian/doc-base.
 * Fix some typos and grammar errors in manpages.
   + Thanks to A Costa for the patches.
 * Fix hyphens used as minus in manpages.
 * Make clean not ignore errors.
 * Remove config.status and config.log on clean.
 * Remove Encoding field from desktop file.
 * Install xnc.desktop in proper dir.
 * Bump Standards Version to 3.8.0.
   + Menu policy transition.
