Attaching a debdiff, and diffstat is below. If you want it in a
different form let me know.

There are some leftover lintian warnings from the 0.4.6.3-1, which are
fixed in the version in unstable. If you don't think the changes in
there are too invasive, maybe it makes sense to hint it through instead
of doing a t-p-u. But I'm inexperienced in releasing, so I'm entirely at
your disposal.
