Unblock request for di-netboot-assistant/0.36b

Dear release managers,

I have new version of di-netboot-assistant that fix three actual bugs
(the three first entries of 0.36a changelog).

Could you consider unblocking di-netboot-assistant/0.36b and allow it to
enter testing?

The changelog is:

   * New SVN repository.

di-netboot-assistant (0.36a) unstable; urgency=low
   * fix incorrect location of elilo.conf top menu, when
     an alternate extract location is specified.
