Unblock request for jed/0.99.18+dfsg.1-11 (l10n addition)

Please, unblock jed 1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-11, which I just uploaded to unstable.
It contains a new debconf translation (it.po, Bug#504996).  

The debdiff is attached below.  I also updated the Vcs-* fields in
debian/control, this is aminor change.
