Some missing builds for security issues

Somethings seems to have gone wrong with graphviz/2.20.2-3 on hppa,
it's in "Building" state since a couple of days. Can someone
retrigger the build or check what's wrong? Likewise the
pidgin/2.4.3-4 build.
