mess with fuzzyocr

hi,

I casually found out that 'fuzzyocr' 2.3 , currently in
testing&unstable, is incompatible with spamassassin 3.2 ; that is, you
can install it , no errors whatsover , but it does nothing at all. I did
never notice since I am not receiving image-based spam mails nowadays.

The only version that works is in SVN; I have packaged that as
3.5.1+svn135-1 . I tested it, it works.

What to do?

Jumping from version 2.3 to 3.5 (+SVN) is not really in the spirit of
the freeze; OTOH 2.3 is useless.

I have no clear opinion; please, choose: either delete 2.3 from
testing, or let 3.5.1+svn135-1 in it.

a.
