It's ok to migrate gcl, since it's a targetted fix for armel. maxima
from unstable, otoh, is not appropriate.

Do you know if gcl -45 will built maxima 5.13 correctly in armel? If so,
how about getting gcl -45 in, and building maxima in testing for armel?
